This time of year can be rather tricky when it comes to picking out an ensemble for the day, especially when living in Ohio! One day its 65 and sunny and the next day its blustery with a chance of snow flurries (sigh). Over the years I have learned to accept embrace the weather in Ohio and use it as an excuse to break out my favorite winter gear for one last whooorah! Enter my favorite winter LBD (little black dress). I bought this dress several years back and have definitely got my use out of it. One of my favorite things about this dress is the length. It hits right at my knees which is perfect for me since I am 5’8″ and need my dresses to fit perfectly. I have worn this dress on dates (pre-fiance of course!), interviews, weddings, even to a funeral. It is a dress that can transition into an outfit for just about any occasion. Now, with that being said, I cannot wait to break out my summer dresses but first I had to pay homage to the original ‘little black dress’ that will continue to grace the racks in my closet.
