I think we can all agree that a little champagne always makes things a better, right? So you can imagine my excitement when I was gifted with this adorable champagne tee shirt a while back! I mean, yes, I’ll take some champagne please! But seriously, I thought this shirt was super cute but there was only one problem, it was more of a crop top and I just didn’t like how it looked on me when I paired it with my high-waisted jeans, so I had to improvise. Naturally, I paired it with my “go-to” item, a high-waisted, midi skirt. I feel like this midi skirt never fails me when I need to dress up any top in my closet. It is super comfy, timeless and goes with virtually everything I own. For me, black is always a safe option (don’t get me wrong, I love color) especially when I have a statement item that I want to draw the focus to (like this shirt for instance). I have to say, I’m most excited about this look because it’s inspired me to add a few more graphic tees to the rotation and find cool ways to dress them up! Stay tuned for more looks like this.
