{Summer just wouldn’t be the same without some delicious watermelon}
This week has proved to be a week worth celebrating as I have made some accomplishments in my work/career field that have yielded me a nice little raise! (Whoo Hoo!) Hard work does pay off and I cannot be more excited. When I set out on this journey to find a job that I would not only love but something in the Marketing field, I knew it wouldn’t be easy and let me tell you it wasn’t! It was perseverance that kept me motivated everyday; the willingness to not give up. As with any big or small milestone in my life, it is cause for celebration. Now whether that celebration is a nice bottle of bubbly with my fiance or a small dinner with my closest friends and family is yet to be determined. Life is too short and too precious to not count even the smallest victories and achievements as a mode for celebration. Here is to a sunny and celebratory weekend! Cheers!
