I cannot say that I have been thrilled by the weather this past week. It feels like we are in the middle of April instead of June with all of this rain! Don’t get me wrong I love a good summer rain but this weather pattern is prohibiting me from laying poolside, getting outside and pulling some of these darn weeds in my garden that just keep coming back, and dining outside for dinner every now and then. These are things that I need to do, especially laying poolside, Duh!, in order for my summer to feel complete. I do however appreciate the lovely Lilies (see below) that have bloomed in my backyard thanks to all of this rain (I’m a glass half full kinda gal!) Since we are approaching the weekend I am saying my prayers for a beautiful weekend. I need some sun in my life, and not just when I am stuck in my office during the week! Have a lovely weekend!
