Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Fashion Week Columbus Bridal Runway show. For three years now, Fashion Week Columbus has been putting on a beautiful bridal couture fashion show as part of the week’s festivities. As a soon-to-be bride myself, I had even more excitement with attending this year. When I first arrived at the show there was a pre-party going on where they had drinks, appetizers, and a dozen or so bridal vendors and booths set up. Everything from bridal spa packages, a photo booth, and discounts on the bridal necessities such as teeth whitening and salon services were being offered. I was in bridal heaven! Afterwards, I made my way down to my seat were I was able to meet up with some other awesome Columbus bloggers before the show began. This year the set up was much different than a tradition runway show. The ‘runway‘ emulated more of an aisle that a bride herself would walk down complete with rose petals and all! No details were spared when putting together this show; everything was lovely. My favorite designer of the night was Kelly Plas (who also slayed in the finale show as well, more on that later!). You will see some of my favorite looks from her collection below. All-in-all the runway show was amazing (including the swag bags which had some awesome goodies inside too!) and I am already looking forward to next year’s show.
