One thing is for certain, I love pastels. There is something so chic and romantic about the soft colors that draws me to them when I’m shopping. On a recent trip to Old Navy, I was perusing through the racks and came across this mint green swing blouse. In my attempt to add more color to my wardrobe, I threw it in the cart along with a few other spring-like pieces. The fun thing about pastels is they can be paired with white, black, tan (insert nude) and of course, prints. For this look, I wanted to keep it extra casual (as this has been my go-to look as of lately) and pair it with some classic dark denim skinnies and tan wedges. As the weather warms, I plan to wear it with my boyfriend jeans, some flat sandals and an over-sized tote bag for a weekend look (hello, Farmer’s Market). Outside of the fact that I’m trying to incorporate more color into my closet, this top is one for comfort and versatility (and the affordable price is kind of nice too!)

So funny thing about these pictures here. While we were shooting this guy asked me if I’d like to get a picture on his bike. I happily obliged but I have to say, my outfit definitely did not go with the whole motorcycle vibe. Either way, it was a pretty cool photo opp!
