It’s so devastating to see all of the destructio

It’s so devastating to see all of the destruction in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina from these recent storms. It makes me sad to see Siesta Key so torn up as I fell so in love with it when I last visited.

My prayers continue to be with everyone who has been impacted by these horrific storms. 🙏🏻🤍 #hurricanemilton

It really is a beautiful life with these two! Sunday we took a spontaneous trip the Canopy Walk at @blacklickwoodsmetropark

Gisele loved being up high, looking around at all the trees and hearing the birds chirping. The best part was that we went near closing time for the park, so the traffic was minimal and we really got to take in the whole experience!

Definitely recommend taking a trip soon to see the beautiful leaves changing colors! 🍁🍁

I grabbed this black bowl and candles from the @dollartree and these plastic skeletons from @athomestores

I spent under $6 in total for this DIY project! I think it turned out so cute and is going to add such a cute touch to my Halloween parties! 👻💀🎃

You know you’re adulting when you get excited about a market opening up within walking distance of your house!

The Winchester Farm Exchange is the cutest Farm-to-Table market you’ve ever seen!

They have everything from different cuts and types meats to dairy, fresh produce and body care items. They even have baked goods, fresh flowers, herbs and some handcrafted home goods from local boutiques in the area. You’re sure to find something that you’ll love {and want to eat} when you’re here!

Faux flowers can sometimes get a bad rap but it’s all about how you style them!

I scored all these faux flowers from various garage and estate sales over the summer and put together individual vases for Gisele’s birthday party.

The key is to disassemble the bunches into single stems and mix match with various colors and lengths. That will give the most realistic look to your arrangements.

✨🐝 Lithopolis Honeyfest 🐝✨

I cannot believe this was my first time going to the Lithopolis Honeyfest! It was such a cute festival, especially if you love honey — or honey bees!

I could not get over all the cute little honey bee touches they had throughout the festival and the community shops as well!

The best part was seeing all the dogs and little babies and kids dressed up in their little honeybee costumes. I’m definitely adding this to my calendar to go back next year.

Gisele and I had a little girls day yesterday and it was so nice. We made some breakfast (mommy had multiple cups of coffee), we did a little shopping and visited the @cwmakersmarket followed by a nap (and some quiet time for mommy!) We finished out the day with a spaghetti dinner and some relaxation on the porch swing.

I strive to be very intentional with my Sundays, it’s certainly a moving target and not every Sunday looks like this, but when it does, I like to capture them ❤️
