As much as Iā€™m ready for fall, I am still savoring As much as Iā€™m ready for fall, I am still savoring all the delicious bits of summer, like this tomato cucumber salad for instance. It just doesnā€™t hit the same in the fall and winter months so Iā€™m trying to make it as much as I can before itā€™s no longer and acceptable side dish. Try it for yourself: 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced 1-2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, slides 1-2 slices of red or sweet onion, diced 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing. My favorite brand is from Litehouse (so good!) Dill, salt + pepper to taste Chill for 2-3 hours, give it a good mix + serve! ā€¢ ā€¢ ā€¢ #summerfood #sidedish #summerrecipes
