I felt like I needed to do one of these, maybe not just for my own sake but for other moms out there to serve as a gentle reminder that everything is not always aesthetic and perfect.

Before I had Gisele, having a tidy, perfectly decorated home was were I found so much joy and peace. It helped me think more clearly, I felt calm when my home was in order. Fast forward to today and I struggle some days to keep it all together. The mental load is heavy AF and sometimes the toys and snacks everywhere just feels…chaotic.

This isn’t a post complaining about motherhood but more so about being transparent about what I go through and a lot of mothers as well.

You may see something I post that looks pretty and perfect but I promise you, five seconds later, my toddler wrecked it 😂😂

I felt like I needed to do one of these, maybe not just for my own sake but for other moms out there to serve as a gentle reminder that everything is not always aesthetic and perfect.

Before I had Gisele, having a tidy, perfectly decorated home was were I found so much joy and peace. It helped me think more clearly, I felt calm when my home was in order. Fast forward to today and I struggle some days to keep it all together. The mental load is heavy AF and sometimes the toys and snacks everywhere just feels…chaotic.
