Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C. Shaved or grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 C. Chopped, fresh or frozen spinach
  • 12 Oz. Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 C. Sour cream
  • 1 C. Cream cheese
  • 1/3 C. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp. Garlic, mined

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix together Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach and artichoke hearts in a mixing bowl
  3. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with the artichoke mixture
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread and enjoy!
